Yes to ADUs! It’s time to amend the accessory dwelling unit regulations in Pasadena.

Pasadena has the opportunity to help alleviate our housing crisis, but our City Council needs to hear from you! 

On Monday, December 11, 2017 at 7 PM, the Pasadena City Council will hear recommendations and comments about amending the Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs) regulations to allow building more back houses, also known as as granny flats, backyard cottages, or secondary units. These units are an innovative, affordable, and effective option for adding much-needed housing in California.
